Great Strides San Diego is proud to be the largest CF fundraising event in San Diego County, raising over $300,000 through the help of 2,000 walkers. The day is not possible without the help of our sponsors, team leaders, walkers and volunteers. With the right people we know we can accomplish our goals! The hope for those with cystic fibrosis and their families has never been higher - thanks to the dedicated support of people and companies like you. 

We're searching for a cure, and the funds raised through the Great Strides walk help us finance a unique approach to drug discovery, yielding a therapeutics pipeline with more than 30 potential therapies in development. Virtually every approved CF drug available today was made possible because of the foundation's support.

Walk day is a fun, family-oriented event with a healthy 5k walk, children's activities, food, and festivities that participants look forward to year after year.
